Unity Metals Limited (ACN 678 776 899) has lodged a prospectus dated 6 November 2025 with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to a proposed initial public offering of its shares (Prospectus). Neither ASIC or the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) takes any responsibility for the contents of the Prospectus or the merits of the investment to which the Prospectus relates.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this notice have the meanings given to them in the Prospectus. The Prospectus will be available online at www.unitymetals.com.au, or in hard copy upon request during the exposure period. By accessing the Prospectus, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the terms set out below.

Applications
An application for securities can be made by completing the relevant application form attached to or accompanied by the Prospectus (Application Form) and then lodging the Application Form and the application monies in accordance with the details set out in the Prospectus and the Application Form.
The Company will not accept a completed Application Form if it has reason to believe that the Applicant has not received a complete and unaltered copy of the Prospectus. Potential investors should read the Prospectus in its entirety before applying for Securities under the Prospectus.
Exposure Period
The Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits the Company from processing an Application Form for Securities under the Prospectus in the 7-day period after the date of lodgement of the Prospectus with ASIC (Exposure Period). This period may be extended by ASIC for a further period of up to 7 days. Application Forms received during the Exposure Period will not be processed until after the expiry of the Exposure Period. No preference will be conferred on any Application Form received during the Exposure Period.

The return of a duly completed Application Form will constitute a representation and warranty by an Applicant that there has not been any breach of such regulations.
Access to the electronic version of the Prospectus is only available to persons resident in Australia with a registered address in Australia, from within Australia. The distribution of the Prospectus (including in electronic form) in jurisdictions outside Australia may be restricted by law and therefore persons outside Australia who obtain the Prospectus should seek advice on, and observe, any such restrictions.
